Reporting an Incident
You can ask for assistance through our forums or alternately email incidents to support@it-workplace.com
The following information will help us to resolve your problem:
- A detailed description of the actions taken immediately prior to your problem occuring.
- Screen shots showing the nature of the problem an any error messages.
- Screen shots or attachments showing the report you are trying to create.
Patching Policy
Depending on the nature of the problem raised we will provide individual patches to customers. Periodically we will provide an accumulated patch for all customers to download.
